        But since Shamoun has so much commentary on the Prophet’s (saw) relationships lookey here everybody, Eid came early this year. I have a court document about a certain divorce proceeding that went down between a certain Hassamo (Sam) Shamoun and Michelle Gabriel:

        Let’s read some highlights and see how it’s don, ahem:

        Hassamo (Sam) Shamoun challenges the trial court’s awards of maintenance, child support, and attorney fees to petitioner Michelle Gabriel, as well as the court’s division of the marital estate. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court’s awards of maintenance and attorney fees, but we reverse and remand with respect to the child support award because the court miscalculated Sam’s guideline …”

        Mmmm, not that bad wait what’s this:

        “…¶ 5 I In November 2017, at Michelle’s request, the trial court entered a two-year order of
        protection prohibiting Sam from harassing, stalking, or physically abusing Michelle, granting
        Michelle sole possession of the parties’ marital residence, and prohibiting Sam from entering the
        residence or Michelle’s place of employment…”

        Well, I can’t blame ya there, Sammy. If I were as disgusting on the inside and outside as you I too would consider stalking the only woman who was foolish enough to lay underneath me. What else here:

        “B. Temporary Support Order and Attorney Fees for Non-Compliance
        ¶ 7 In March 2018, the trial court granted Michelle’s request for temporary maintenance and
        child support, ordering Sam to pay $1,500 per month in unallocated support. When Sam failed to
        comply, Michelle filed a petition for a rule to show cause to hold him in contempt and requested
        attorney fees for her efforts to enforce the order. In June 2018, the court ordered Sam to pay
        Michelle $3,083.33 in overdue support and $1,600 in attorney fees.

        Tsk, tsk not taking care of your kids, you broke POS. Apparently, she had to refile a couple of times to get a little bit of pocket change her way. Well you know what let’s give you the benefit of the doubt maybe its another Sam Shamoun, wait:

        “¶ 15 The court began by determining the parties’ respective incomes for maintenance and child
        support purposes. The court found that Michelle’s gross annual income was $27,000. Sam’s
        income, however, was “difficult to ascertain” because his testimony “was inconsistent,
        contradicted by other evidence, and not credible.” As the court recounted, Sam testified that he
        was employed as a Christian apologist and Bible teacher, but he “could not remember” his income
        “for 2016, 2017, or 2018 year to date.” Although Sam’s 2016 W-2 form reported gross income of
        $116,500, he testified (and Michelle and the court accepted) that his gross income that year was
        only $100,000.

        Nope definitely you. Lying under court Sammy? What does the Bible say about bearing false testimony:

        So even the courts have deemed you a lying scumbag. What else here, oh pocketing money from your dumb@$$ followers?

        ¶ 16 The income reported on Sam’s 2017 W-2 form “dropped to $50,081 without explanation.”
        Sam claimed that his 2017 income was even lower than the amount reported on his W-2, but he
        “could not credibly explain the discrepancy or inconsistencies [in] his statements.” In addition,
        Sam conceded that he “regularly receives gifts and donations” not reported on his W-2 forms, but
        he testified that he “does not consider [those sums] to be income.” Although “[n]o records of the
        actual amount of this additional income” were presented at trial, the court was able to identify an
        additional $15,078.24 of income that Sam received in 2017 based on deposits made to one of his
        checking accounts, raising his 2017 gross income to at least $65,159.24. However, as the court
        noted, Sam testified that gifts and donations were also deposited to his Patreon accounts,2 but he
        “provided no documents” for those accounts and could not remember “what the exact amounts of
        deposits [to them] have been from year to year.”
        ¶ 17 Because Sam’s income remained “difficult to ascertain with specificity” due to his lack of
        credibility and the fact that he had “additional income available to him other than what [he]
        disclosed,” the court deemed it appropriate to use the average of his identifiable income in 2016
        and 2017 when determining his maintenance and child support obligations. Using this method, the
        court found that Sam’s gross annual income for support purposes was $82,579.62, although for
        unexplained reasons it used the slightly lower figure of $82,572 in the worksheets it used to
        calculate its maintenance and child support awards.

        This really warms my heart. You see, Hasamo, all you’ve done is prove the Quran right. God speaks about your type and your future punishment:

        9:34. Believers, many rabbis and pastors eat from the people’s money using lies and turn themselves and others away from God’s path. So ‘congratulate’ those who hoard gold and silver instead of giving it away in God’s Cause of their agonizing punishment.
        9:35. On the Day it’s heated in Hell’s Fire and poured on their foreheads, sides and backs branding them. They will be told: “This is what you were gathering for yourselves! Now taste from what you collected…”

        And finally let’s see how you treated the woman who bore your children when she asked for a little support raising them:

        “…Moreover, the court found that Sam had “needlessly increased the cost of [the] litigation” by failing to comply with discovery orders, failing to make court-ordered support payments and pay the attorney fees assessed against him for
        his non-compliance, and engaging in conduct that necessitated the entry of an order of protection
        against him. The court found that the attorney fees incurred by Michelle were reasonable and
        ordered Sam to contribute $15,000 toward those fees.

        Oh you forgot to mention this on the show with Fadi as you were “asking for prayers “(read $$$) God, you’re a terrible human being. #whatwouldJesusdo?

        I too was of similar thought. But you’re right he’s not even a “noble enemy’ like say Abu Sufyan (ra) was, he really is just a terrible human along the lines of Abu Lahab or Uqba ibn Abi Mu’ayt.

        And SubhanAllah he reminds me of this parable I read in the Quran yesterday:

        7:57. It’s Allah Who sends the winds, as a carrier of the good news of His coming mercy. And when it has lifted up and tossed around the hefty clouds, I then feed dead land wherever I cause the raindrops to fall, making all kinds of fruit come forth, just like how I will make the dead come forth, so that you can continue to make efforts to remember.
        7:58. As for the good land that is taken care of, it brings out its fruits by its Lord’s Will, and the land that is bad produces nothing of benefit even after working so hard. This is how I keep presenting My signs for people that look to be thankful.

        So in the ayah mentions the rain. You can see its a parable because Allah mentions the fruit alongside the dead being resurrected. The rain (being Allah’s mercy i.e. the Quran) waters the dead land (being people’s hearts). Good land when taken care of produces fruit (good all-around) while the bad land produces nothing of benefit (i.e bad people reject the Quran and do no good). When you look at his personal life isn’t this the case? When you see his crude manners and the amount of sin he accumulates every day from how he makes his money is it really a shocker? His heart is evil and that’s why Allah makes no truly good fruit for him even as he plots day and night against Islam and its people (working so hard). I mean even though I hate his guts a part really hopes he turn back because I can’t imagine having no real benefit in this life and then the terror that awaits in the Next. may Allah protect us all from such a fate.

He’s been in apologetics way before i was born and he still can’t do what i’ve learn in 3 years, how hard is it to understand what Muslims deem to be authentic and what isn’t…if only he bothered to expand his logic at the same pace as his tummy things would be way different and probably way more exciting for us
